Shipping Confirmation Emails
We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped that will include the USPS/UPS/FEDEX tracking number. You will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for every shipment. You can also check the status of your order anytime by clicking on the Order Tracking link in the footer of every page on this site or by logging in to your Account.
Shipping in Multiple Packages
If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. So that we can deliver your purchases to you as efficiently as possible, items which ship from the same location are grouped together. Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know how much of your order has shipped.
Tracking Your Order
There are three easy ways to track your order:
- Log in to your Account and go to the My Orders section. From there you will be able to choose which order you would like to view and you will have an option to track the order.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped. The email will include the UPS tracking number.
Delivering Your Package
- We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Saturday. At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Sunday, or holidays.
- Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information).
- Most items are available to ship in 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted.
Returns
Should you ever buy anything from us that is not pleasing to you, you may return any of our products, to the original point of purchase, for a full 100% money-back guarantee within the first 15 days of purchase with receipt. Returns must be in a "new" resalable condition, including all manuals, components and accessories, and in the manufacturer’s original packaging
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% will be charged on any opened items. This restocking fee will be waived if the item is defective and exchanged within 15 days. Opened defective items returned for a refund will be subject to a restocking fee at management’s sole discretion. Items not in like new condition, missing the original box, packaging, manuals, accessories or UPC code will not be accepted for return.
Return Procedure
All returned products will be thoroughly inspected and a determination will be made if eligibility and conforming requirements are met. Please verify the product you are returning meets the below guidelines and qualifies for return to avoid any delay in, or denial of, processing your return. Return processing may take up to 5 business days from the time your product is received.
Inspection Criteria
- Products must be in the original manufacturers packaging, and shipped securely.
- Products must be complete with any standard certification labels (UL listing, capacity, brand name, UPC code) originally placed and not tampered with.
- Product serial number, or any similar identification numbers, must match the serial number on the package or invoice (TigerDirect.com maintains serial number tracking).
- Products must be free from damage of any type, including, but not limited to dents, scratches, cracks, abuse, defacement or indication of removed screws/fasteners or seals.
- Products so labeled with a security seal, must have the seal intact and not tampered with.
Return Authorization Number
Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Authorization Number (RA). Unless otherwise specified in the item listing on our website or in our Return policy, you may request a Return Authorization Number (RA) within 30 days of the original purchase date. RA numbers expire after 30 days, but we encourage you to return the product as soon possible. Any return we receive without a valid RA number will be documented and rejected or subject to a restocking fee.
Return Shipping
For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return and use a traceable carrier that can provide you with delivery confirmation. TutoCam.com shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Postage and handling charges, both to and from our warehouse will be paid by the customer, and are non-refundable. At our discretion, TutoCam.com may reimburse shipping charges related to the return or exchange of defective products inside the U.S. only.
Order Status
We process orders Monday through Saturday in the order in which they are received. Orders placed after 12:00PM EST (Noon) M-Fr will not be processed until
the next business day.
